Vilas Renovation
This old store in Vilas, NC was originally built sometime in the 50s, and was on it's last leg. With no real unique historical quality to it, and considering it's condition, The owner decided to do a complete remodel and renovation.

Project Description
The floors were sagging and poorly supported, the walls were rotten and
water damaged in more than a few areas, and the ceiling was on the
verge of falling in. Once we gutted out the inside, we went underneath to jack the floor back up to level and support it with a strong girder. Next we opened up the inside space completely.
The entire front facade of the store was replaced and custom windows were installed. All the rotten flooring and walls were replaced and the outside was finished off with vinyl siding and stone. Inside we added a handicap accessible bathroom, as well as an access ramp on the exterior. Parking space was added to finish everything off.
